Viewing Invoices And Payment History

Need an invoice for your records? Want to check what you’ve been charged? Your complete billing history is available in your account. This guide shows you how to find, view, and download your invoices.

What You Can Access

  • Invoices: Detailed receipts for each payment
  • Payment history: Record of all transactions
  • Downloadable PDFs: For your records or expense claims
  • Subscription details: What you paid for and when

Finding Your Invoices

Log into your account

Go to badassnetwork.com and sign in with your credentials.

Go to My Account

Click “My Account” in the navigation.

Navigate to Orders

Find “Orders” in your account menu. This shows all your past purchases and payments.

View order details

Click on any order to see the full invoice details.

Understanding Your Order List

The Orders page shows:

  • Order number: Unique reference for each transaction
  • Date: When the payment was made
  • Status: Completed, Processing, Failed, etc.
  • Total: Amount charged
  • Actions: View details, download invoice

Your recurring subscription payments appear as separate orders each month.

Looking for a Specific Invoice?
Orders are listed with the most recent first. If you need an invoice from months ago, scroll down or use your browser’s search function (Ctrl+F or Cmd+F) if you know the date or amount.

What’s on an Invoice

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice/Order number: For your reference
  • Date: When the payment was processed
  • Description: What you paid for (e.g., “Basic Membership – Monthly”)
  • Subtotal: Base price before tax
  • Tax/VAT: Any applicable taxes (shown separately)
  • Total: Final amount charged
  • Payment method: How you paid (card ending in XXXX, PayPal, etc.)
  • Billing address: Address on file for the payment

Downloading Invoices

Need a PDF for your records or expense reports?

Go to My Account β†’ Orders

Find the list of all your orders.

Click “View” on the order

Open the order details page.

Look for “Download Invoice” or “Print”

Click to download a PDF or print-friendly version.

Downloaded invoices are in PDF formatβ€”perfect for attaching to expense reports, keeping for tax records, or sharing with your accountant.

Invoice Emails

You also receive invoices by email after each successful payment:

  • Check your inbox for emails from Badass Network
  • The email includes order details and may have a PDF attached
  • Can’t find it? Check your spam or promotions folder

If you’re not receiving invoice emails, make sure your email address is correct in your account settings and that our emails aren’t being filtered.

For Business Use / Tax Purposes

If you’re using your Badass Network membership as a business expense:

  • VAT number: Our VAT details appear on invoices (BTW: NL854940170B01)
  • Business address: het Achterveld 31, 4003VG Tiel, The Netherlands
  • Company registration: KvK: 62745115

If you need invoices with your own VAT number for reverse charge purposes, contact support to discuss options.

Update Your Billing Address
For accurate invoices, make sure your billing address is up to date. Go to My Account β†’ Addresses to update your billing details. Changes apply to future invoices only.

Subscription vs One-Time Orders

You’ll see different types of orders in your history:

  • Initial subscription order: Your first payment when you signed up
  • Renewal orders: Monthly recurring payments (most of your orders)
  • Other purchases: Any one-time products or add-ons you may have purchased

Subscription renewals are clearly labelled so you can identify them easily.

Viewing Your Subscription

For an overview of your subscription itself (not just individual payments):

Go to My Account β†’ Subscriptions

This shows your active subscriptions.

Click on your subscription

View details including start date, next payment date, and history.

Check “Related Orders”

The subscription page shows all orders associated with that subscription.

Frequently Asked Questions

The easiest option is to download it from your account. If you need it resent, contact support with the order number and we can help.

Make sure you’re logged into the correct account. If you’ve had multiple accounts or changed email addresses, orders may be on a different account. Contact support if you can’t find what you’re looking for.

We don’t automatically generate annual statements, but you can download all your monthly invoices and compile them. If you need something specific for tax purposes, contact support and we’ll see what we can provide.

Past invoices can’t be changed, but you can update your billing address for future invoices. Go to My Account β†’ Addresses β†’ Billing Address. If you need a corrected invoice for a past payment, contact support.

Your complete order history is available for as long as your account exists. We recommend downloading important invoices for your own records, especially if you need them for taxes.

Most likely VAT has been added. The invoice breakdown shows the base amount (€25) and any applicable tax separately. The total includes both. Check the line items for details.
